Words cannot explain the beauty of this book...... From Pg.1 first sentence "love was like a loaded gun." consumed me as a reader to discover what will happen and what is the reason behind this quote. This is one of the books that is a TOTAL PAGE TURNER, with everything that happens. I LOVED the main characters Avery and Bennett they are just meant to be together. As a reader I felt I lived the characters life in the emotions she felt and her actions, isn't that the point of books well today it is hard to find a book that actually transports you to live a life of a complete stranger. Avery has had a tough past with not knowing who her father is, her mothers constant failed relationships, and the loss of her grandmother at a young age but through that all she stayed strong until an accident when she was 16. Being almost raped by one of her mom's boyfriends left a scar in her life that never healed until she met Bennett, he came in unexpected into her life and she couldn't find a way to get him out. Let me tell you this Bennett is HOT!!!! he is what every girl want in a boyfriend and future husband AGHHH!!! He saved her from possibly being raped by a creepy man trying to break in to her apartment then stayed with her until she felt better. Their relationship grew throughout the course of the book and that had their ups and downs. They both hurt the other in one way or the other but in the end apologized for their mistakes. OH I almost forgot to mention Bennett is also a VIRGIN OMG!!!!! a guy who's almost graduating from collage is a virgin, it was a SHOCKER because his looks, confidence, and the crowd he hangs out with doesn't really match, I loved that about him because nowadays nobody waits until they meet the person the love and eventually marry but he did even though we don't know what happens after but to me I see them married living a happy life together -I know it is a fairytale ending and not that true today but people let go of the negative attitude and be positive and see the bright side- I learnt a lot about their families and past as well how they became who they are today. I LOVED THIS BOOK and WILL read it again and again.........
I really hope you purchase this book because it is AMAZING!!!!
